  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Full tracking included
  • Insurance: Included for all shipments

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: Basic tracking included

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At WEDZE Store, we’re passionate about ensuring you have the perfect ski outfit for your mountain adventures. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward returns process has you covered.

Important Return Information

  • Return Period: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error

  • Repackage items in original packaging
  • Include all tags and labels
  • Ensure items are unused and in original condition

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

  • Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
  • Refund Issuance: Immediately processed after approval

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

  • Replacement items shipped once we receive your return
  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • If requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or offer alternatives

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective:

  • Ski Gloves and Mittens (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Ski Socks and Tights
  • Ski Thermals
  • Opened or used ski equipment
  • Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/defective items
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
