Step 2: Package Your Items

Once we approve your return request:

  • Repackage items in their original packaging
  • Include all tags and labels
  • Ensure items are unused and in original condition
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days to inspect returned items
  • Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed immediately after approval

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or offer an alternative

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Ski Gloves and Mittens (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Ski Socks and Tights
  • Ski Thermals
  • Opened or used ski equipment
  • Personalized or custom items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/defective items
  • We’ll arrange a free return and replacement
